Delete your account and data
If you have a Learning with Soni account (student or instructor) and want it removed, submit this form. We delete the account and all personal data connected to it, which includes your profile, enrollments, submissions, recordings, messages, diary entries and any uploaded files. Requests are processed within 30 days.
If you delete your account before the course ends
Your coursework goes with it, so you will not be graded and will not be considered for evaluation. If you only want to leave the course, speak to your instructor first rather than deleting the account.
Automatic deletion. You do not have to ask. Student accounts and all associated coursework are removed automatically three months after the course concludes.
